A thorough examination of your ears ensures that they are clear and healthy. Aural impressions are made by injecting a soft silicone putty into your ear. After just a few minutes, the impression is set and ready for removal.
Your impression is then sent away for specialist manufacture into your chosen ear plug. Once your custom ear plugs are back with us, we can post them directly to you or invite you back in for a free fitting.

Custom earplugs for sleeping are made from the softest silicone possible, meaning they are incredibly comfortable whilst reducing sound. Useful for sound sleep at home, travel plugs, air travel, holidays, noisy hotels, summer sleeping with windows open, when your partner snores, shift workers earplugs.
Swim Moulds

Filtered Ear Plugs
Filtered ear plugs for protection and attenuation of high dB harmful sounds. Suitable for music, sound technicians and concerts, occupational noise (welding, fabrication), shooting, and motorsports. Choose from 15, 20 or 25 dB of attenuation*
*A 100dB would be reduced to 80dB with a 20dB filtered ear plug.

We charge £79 for an ear impression. This price does not include any ear wax removal which may be necessary in order to take an impression.
As the name suggests, you get a tailor-made ear plug which fits your ear perfectly. This means that sound is less likely to creep in and you can be confident in your protection levels. The same goes for swim plugs – a great fit means no water leakage.
Prices start from £150. If ear wax removal is required for your ear impression, this is undertaken at a reduced rate of just £50 (usually £79).
